Apple brandy finish aged in a 5 gallon plum liqueur (umeshu) barrel. Slightly sweeter than our standard apple brandy which compliments the primary apple cider notes of the brandy 49% abv. 
Drinks very easily and will pair beautifully with your holiday meals and conversations.
